Returns & Exchanges

At Girls with Gems, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Verify that your item is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original designer tags attached.

  Request a Return

  Email our customer care team with your order number to receive your Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back to our boutique via a trackable postal service.

• 4.
  Process Credit

  Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
